- Shane Dollman has been a resident of South Tampa for the last 40 years.
- With decade of experience in construction, Shane naturally evolved from construction to the home inspection industry in 1995.
- Completing the Residential Contractors Exam, Shane was licensed by the State of Florida in June of 1998.
- The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) recognized Shane as their 2000th member in October of 1998.
- Bay Area Home Inspections was established in January 2003.
